Stoneybrook at Gateway
has a large Olympic size heated pool open all year round with hot
tub and toddler pool area. Covered patio, vending machines,
restroom/changing area. Full size lighted basketball court (6
goals total) along with two lighted tennis courts and inline skating
rink. Along with bocce ball, horseshoes, softball
ball/football field and two regulation size sand volleyball courts.
Fenced in playground with slides, swings, etc. with soft crushed
rubber bedding.
Clubhouse -
Fitness room with free
weights, treadmills and weight machines (TV's in fitness room).
Kids room attached to fitness room. Large meeting area and
library/study area that can be reserved for use by residents.
