Master Association quarterly dues
assessment is due by July 1, 2009

Removal of Permanent Guest Lists
As of July 1 2009 all
permanent guests lists will be expired.
Residents will be
required to call in all guests visiting.
Non-Compliant Vehicles in Community
Please refer to section
5.17 of the Master Declaration for what is "non-compliant".
Statewide Security will
be patrolling the community for parking violations, issuing
citations and towing non-compliant vehicles.
